Lumi, the wandering lioness, had roamed the vast plains alone for many moons. Her ebony mane shimmered in the sunlight, and her eyes sparkled with curiosity about the world. One day, she arrived at the territory of a new pride, led by Amory, a proud and wise king.
As Lumi entered the pride’s camp, the other lions watched her with suspicion. But Amory stepped forward, his gaze calm and full of wisdom. He knew that Lumi carried a special gift—the courage to walk new paths.
Without a word, Amory plucked a bright flower blooming on a nearby cliff and handed it to Lumi. "This flower," he said, "represents courage and change. It is now yours."
With a gentle smile, Lumi accepted the flower. She knew that this was not just a gift, but a sign that she was welcome here.

Ouch. Lumi’s whole body screamed in protest with every step as she stumbled through the foreign territory, barely fighting off heatstroke. She wasn’t sure if she’d passed out or her paws had managed to carry her to safety before a sparkly dwarf lion was at her side, sniffing at her wounds.
‘Oh, dear,’ he fussed, ‘Dear, dear. You’re so thin. Please, stay a while and rest.’
It took her days of constant reassurance that she could take care of herself for Bittybee to finally give in and let her leave, though not without some healing lectures and a large stash of herbs to take along her way.
