Biography
From the moment she was born, it was clear; Softstep wasn't going to be like every other cub. She'd never hunt on her own--but she grew up knowing her family would be there for her every step of the way, claws or no claws. Her father, Snowcrest, tends to dote on her much more than his other cubs, to a degree she's beginning to find annoying, if well-intentioned. Softstep doesn't consider herself a broodmother--it sounds so formal!--but she likes to help out wherever she can around the den. Sometimes that means watching over the little ones (especially when that means she can keep an eye out for any cubs who are a bit different, like herself), but she also busies herself with making nests, storing the kills other lionesses bring in, and she swears the den has never looked so nice since she started decorating it. -The first mutie born in my pride!
