Information on the actual Nyx She is one of the first gods to have been created she is the daughter of Chaos and sister/wife of Erebus, Nyx is said to be the mother of 1000 sons some of her children are, Aether, Moros, Ker, Hermera, Thanatos, Oizys, Momus, Nemesis, Apate, Philotes, Geras, Eris, the Hesperides, the Keres, and the Moirai, many of her children were fathered by Erebus or made by herself, she is said to live in Tartarus the darkest part of the underworld. The reason I chose the background “Dark Forest” is due to her living in the darkest part of the underworld and I felt darker things would suit well with her as well as ravens due to them being often associated with death and darkness. The reason I chose conjoined twins for her is due to Nyx being a twin herself having her brother/husband Erebus
