Helaena

Born 109 AC, Died 130 AC (AC=After Aegon's Conquest)
The first daughter to Alicent Hightower and Viserys Targaryen, she was always an odd ball. She was often found loving/admiring insects and speaking in prophecies others couldn't understand. She gave birth to twins, sired by Aegon II Targaryen (her brother), in 123 AC. She named them Jaehaerys II and Jaehaera, after their grandfather Jaehaerys I. In 129 AC, Jaehaerys was murdered and beheaded in an event called "Blood and Cheese". (BOOK INFORMATION PAST HERE) This lead to Helaena going mad, and when her son Maelor was also killed by smallfolk in a riot, she plunged herself out the window of Maegor's Holdfast and onto the spikes below. When Alicent learned of her death, she cursed Rhaenyra and tore her clothes.

(Blood and Cheese)
This event left Helaena mad with grief as she witnesses the event herself. Helaena was told to choose between her two sons, Jaehaerys and Maelor (youngest born 127 AC). After hesitation, she decided on Maelor (possibly bc she wanted to save Aegon's Heir, Jaehaerys) the murderers turned and instead chopped off Jaehaerys' head. One of the killers told a toddler Maelor, "You hear that boy? Your mama wants you dead." before killing Jaehaerys.
