Background:

A cold calculating lioness who was won over by Pandora during her younger years, Otyme took great pleasure in executing the plan for the purge. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her orders got her the most envied position of queen's second. while she is not the second most powerful lioness in the pride she has the viciousness to back up her orders. Oddly enough she has little desire to secure the position of queen for either herself or her daughter Saidivi. For this reason she and Qharisma have been chosen to shape and guide the future generation of the pride after Pandora dies.

It has been a very long time since the death of Pandora and Otyme knows she nears the end of her life. She has had two more children Olathe and Akhgar. Her oldest daughter Sarabi has all but disappeared of the face of the world and she has received news of Sapheda's death. She spends a great deal of time watching her youngest child Akhgar practice the moves she has taught him. He reminds her so much of Evion her ambitious oldest child who had died many years past challenging the leader of the pride he had gone to serve under. Luckily she knows that this yearling has little desire to rule over a pride and he is content being a protector of the pride.

She looks around at the multitude of lionessess, yearlings and cubs that lay around the clan, how they have grown in the time since Pandora took over. She knows that Pandora would have been proud of what Banquan had down with the pride since her death. At least she knows that for now the home she has dedicated her life too is thriving and will not suffer over her death.
