Biography
Ashes is the Shaman for the Poison Pride, it is her job to recount the history of the Pride and pass her teachings onto the next generation. As Shaman, she holds a unique position and her advice is always heeded by the Queen. Alas, time moved on, as it always does, and Ashes had given up on finding a lion or lioness to pass her knowledge and wisdom on to until, one day, a cub the color of pure snow was born to Columbine and a pridemate. Ashes knew that this lioness would grow to be a great leader and a powerful shaman and so invoked the Rite of Possession, claiming that she would take the young Jessamine and teach her the mysteries of the world. When Jessamine was no longer a cub, Ashes formally named her the new shaman and singer of histories and retired her position, having led a long and happy life with her pride.
