Scout was given to Krypt as a gift from the respected king Amun-Ra, one who sports the unique slate coat. She was the first unique lioness to join Krypt, and she sported a beautiful crimson coat with glittering eyes that matched his own. She had a gentle temper for one who sported such a bold coat, and many of the lionesses followed after her with sparkling eyes, never before had they seen such a coat. Though none of them were resentful or jealous, they simply treasured her and her beautiful fur, the first rare lioness to walk Arcanum Pride's lands.
Scout made many friends in the pride, and formed a close friendship with the black king Kryptonite. When her first litter of cubs rolled around, blessed with the same ruby fur, he declared they were to be gifts for two of he closest allies. This action drove a wedge between Scout and Krypt that never fully went away, for the new mother wanted to keep her cubs by her side.
Upon the discovery of Krypt's murder, Scout has held nothing but anger toward Razia. She has been full of grief and regret, regret that she never made amends with her good friend before he died. She gladly sent her cubs off to their destinations by herself, not wanting to go against his last request to her. Scout has grown more reserved and stand-offish since his death, and many of her old friends have started to avoid her.
Scout left the pride for three months, and everyone thought she had left for good until she returned just days ago. The crimson pelted lionesses crawled make into the pride late one night with two prune cubs swinging from her gentle jaws. Iridescent welcomed her in an instant, glad to see that she hadn't run off. Scout simply nodded along to all the lions who welcomed her back, saying little more than a few words. She has been very quiet recently, and much of the pride has begun to leave her alone all together.
