King of the Jungle

After looking around, you spot Cosbeest, who has been watching you when you arrived. You walk up to him to greet him, and he warmly greets you into the pride. He proceeds to joke around and even invite you to hunt with him, which was a grand time before he decided to roll in the mud. Cosbeest then lets you to wander around, as long as you do not cause trouble.

Cosbeest's name is a mixture of Cosmo and Wildebeest. He is a good-natured lion who prefers to go down pacifist routes in his life, and is a quiet individual. Despite being kind and gentle, Cosbeest has his negatives. He is close-minded and lacks empathy, even though he has loads of sympathy, and can't even understand others' pain sometimes. This makes him hate himself for that, causing a self esteem issue, but he covers it all with a kind exterior. Cosbeest is not the smartest tool in the shed, and puts feelings and heart before logic and brain, so he is often losing arguments with those who are trying to be logical and reasonable. He does not like it when other lions in his pride try to show dominance above him, causing him to clash with Thalassa, leaving her more injured than he is, making him not afraid to assert his power and make it clear no one in the pride should step out of line. Cosbeest is the first king of the pride, and looks forward to his possible future male cubs becoming kings themselves, even if it means he would die for them to become one.
