6.26.13 Relmis was born to a desert pride. His sandy pelt is the perfect color for blending in, and his mane is thin so he does not overheat. Due to little rain and scarce food, his mother died trying to keep him alive. He was a young cub, but old enough to remember her, miss her, and want to make her proud. His father was ruthless and did not want or need extra mouths to feed. Relmis left the pride on his own as an adolescent, before his father had the chance to kick him out or kill him. Now he roams the edge of the desert, eating any left-overs he can find while trying to gather a pride for himself.
