Clean king The brave, 7 year old male huffed quietly in the cave he, and all the kings ladies slept in. Covering his ears with a paw as he heard a mother sob. Levi had killed. No Levi had murdered another one of the cubs he saw as less than, not thinking for a moment before slaughtering them with slow painful blows. But Tonight was different. Levi killed a new females cub... Her first cub... Her only cub... He has enough he decided. Standing up in a swift motion he let out a ground shaking roar as he stared the alpha down, Levi still covered in blood smiles humorlessly towards the sub male. "Lay down" Levi ordered sternly. With a shake of his mane Marco snarled "no. You lay down." He demanded before lunging towards the alpha. Teeth and claws out, the two clashed. The females roared in fear, some seeming to cheer for Marco while the brood mother's bearded the cubs into the back of the cave where it was safe from the fighting males. The females prayed. Oh please lion lord.. let Marco win... They all trusted Marco. More than the cruel leader they had. The fight seemed to go on for ages. Until Marco got flung into a wall. The females gasped going to get him up but he shook his head.. shakingly standing as he stared at the bloody and weak alpha. He too was weak but filled with determination he lunged again, much to Levi's shock. Much to Levi's fear... It didn't take long for Marco now to have Levi pinned down by his scruff. "Submit. Or die" he snarled out the best he could. Levi tried to fight before weakly submitting to the stronger yet older male. Marco looked around shaking his mane slowly to try and prevent blood clumps. They all smiled and did a long bow before hurrying over with herbs to heal the male. Only a single female helped Levi, Kaia, the one whom has lived through Aussie, and Levi's reins of terror, the one who watched Levi grow up, the old female never judged Levi. She always believed he was made from his environment, he was made this way because of Aussie. And no matter how much he hurt the females she always loved him like a son. Marco made a promise to lead the pack with peace and beauty, no cubs would be killed, no cubs would be forgotten or starved. All would be safe until they could join another pride
