DARK LEGACY was chosen many years ago by HIGH TIDE. He and his brother DONER challenged each other for leadership over this pride while their '' Father '' watched with the pride elder HAZE. Unfortunately this battle ended in multiple casualties and DONER was sent across the waters to meet the gods. HAZE unfortunately was also sent across the waters after getting caught in the cross fire of this bloody battle. For his heir HYPOTHERMIC and his brother SNOW FALL they had came to an agreement when they turned 2. SNOW FALL had no interest in running a pride after his mate BLITZO was banished from this pride after killing off this original heir VIXEN. BLITZO was a trouble make in his cub years and often pushed DARK LEGACY's buttons to get his way. - DARK
He has since sent both HYPOTHERMIC and SNOW FALL away due to an incident with a group of cubs. his new possible heirs CASTAWAY and ICELANDIC are battling it out with ICELANDIC [SOUTHERN DRAW] winning over most of the prides lionesses in a battle of brut strength and over all looks. CASTAWAY had the upper hand in most of the challenges but due to the fact they raised him they see him as their own cub and have pushed him away due to his age. - DARK

SOUTHERN DRAW gave his daughter the name the gods graced him with many years ago. Today she runs the pride he could no longer protect due to his declining heath. SOUTHERN DRAW was a respectful and understanding feline who had many years of experience, his other daughter, TOXICON, now holds her sister accountable for her actions in honor of their fathers death. With SOUTHER DRAWS rapid ageing she has chosen a cub from another pride to be her heir. While she did not sire nor birth this new heir she sees promise in this good willed cub, something this pride has not seen in many years since HIGH TIDE claimed this land for his pride.
Given this cub is not of the SOUTHER DRAW decent it will not be given the family name, rather the pride elders must test this cub on her strength and agility, soon she will be old enough to challenge her 'father' as well as her 'uncle' for the throne. Her uncle being TECHTRONIC, the one who has no interest in any of his sisters lionesses and has simply flirted and slept around with many of the passing males in their territory, sometimes even the odd tiger or leopard.
After SouthernDraw stepped down from the throne, Okoya, after hearing of her past actions, banished her to the western drylands, where, after her short time leading HighTide's legacy, Okoya is destined to suffer the same fate for the murder of her uncle and first born son. Her chivalry be damned. For her rage has blinded her the waves of time are brutal and unforgiving. The whispers of the fallen and cursed echoing from the rising tide as she lay awake, forced to descend into madness as her reputation is shattered and lost in the winds, the heir to the throne slandering her in front of the elders, ruining the name the gods cursed her with as she lay in the ocean's current all those years ago. She does not thank the gods. The gods have abandoned her. " Damn you all! '' The final words of her sane mind.
