“ Do we have a deal?” Taipan is an..intriguing lion, to say the least. Found on the edge of the territory, nobody quite knows why they were taken in, nor why Skink showed such an interest in them. But Taipan simply grinned and said they were just lucky. Many lions in the pride, and even outside the pride speak of Taipan with unease, there’s no true explanation, having only ever had positive interactions, but they can’t shake the feeling that they’ve lost something. They have an uncanny knack for making deals and somehow making the lion on the other end always follow through. Taipan is never on the bad end of a deal, no matter how it may seem in the moment. Though their reputation is getting somewhat less negative with the addition of Vern, the loud lion had practically trampled over Taipan before striking up a conversation, rather unbothered by them. Taipan considers Vern a true friend, and is more than willing to make deals with others to get things for him.
