╿Backstory; Anjum is the first king of this pride and is deeply respected for his patience and love for those close to him. But he wasn't always so stoic and strong, and sadly had a very hard beginning. As soon as he was born, his father, the king of his birth pride, realized that one day his son may try to overthrow him. So he quickly was rid of the cub a few months later when he made up his mind. His yowling and snarling queen was held back by the other informed members as she woke up to her child missing. His father dropped him off somewhere in the savannah, hoping his death would be quick and easy. There were many predators roaming the land, not to mention the heat that beat down on the cub who was closing in on adolescence.

Anjum ran after the king, thinking his father running away was part of his surprise, but he was too small to keep up and he had been weakened by the journey to the 'special' place his father had said he was taking him to. For a moment he sat there, waiting for his father to come back.

Of course, he never did.

Anjum logically tried to make his way back to his territory but he had never been so far away before, all he knew was the inside of his home. He continued on his journey, finding his way to a terrain covered in rocks, with plants pushing out in between. He found a spot in between the rocks, curling up and falling asleep under the stars from which he had received his name.

A year later, he had made a sanctuary in his new home, finding a place by a river to settle down. He had decided to make his own way, setting his own pride in stone. This brings us to the present. His beautiful queen, Jasper, leads by his side like a radiant red gem. She stands out among the other lionesses, with her kindness but strength and power.
