KB Sir Reverence
Your Running . You don't know where to and it feels like your heart is going to jump from your chest . You think you lost the Leopard who was after you , But in the pursuit you have sustained some considerable injuries and are in need of water . Its Dark , probably the darkest you have ever seen in your life . Even as a lion with sharp eyesight you hate to admit your lost . You keep fumbling through the thick Savannah Prickle bushes when you suddenly feel like you are being watched . You pause and slowly take a step forward , unable to see when you hear a voice.
" You sure know how to make an entrance little one " - a deep warm voice chuckles
" I have seen many things. But, a little lion charging in to my pride ? that's a new one . Of course we saw you coming , but to go through the prickly pear ? you have some guts ! - The lion said
You cant seem to tell if this lion is genuinely laughing at you or considering your doom . You continue to take a few hesitant steps forward . The thorns of the prickly pear bush rake across your sides and face . you feel like just maybe it would be appropriate to cry right now , But its so dark you cant see a thing .
Suddenly you feel what seems to be a giant lion gently grab you by the scruff and pick you out of the bush.
"You will learn to see once your eyes have opened . now come forward " - the voice gently says .
The lion packs you out and in to an opening , you glance around and see the moon . Oh the moon , she seems so bright now and lights up the land around you . all the thick trees you were under must have blocked her out . The lion sets you down and you pause to catch you bearings .
You look around you and see several lioness, you don't know how you missed earlier . They are gorgeous , All different kinds , but a group of lionesses so dark they blended with the sky came forward and Lay . Content on just watching you .
That's when you look to the lion who had packed you in to the pride . He is massive , he must be one of those Barbary lions you have heard of , but you have never seen one up close . He was breathtaking . He has thick black fur and a Mane that looked like it wrapped around him like a cape , with unique white markings that even the cheetah would be jealous of . He wore a blue Garment that flowed around his body with a expensive looking gem neatly perched on his face . You suddenly felt embarrassed that you had been staring so long , and if a lion could blush you would be .
The male lion looked at you with a smug look on his face , his black lionesses now all beside him watching you with half smiles. Making sure you know they looked you up and down . you have never seen a lion look at you like that before , let alone a group of females .
" You can stay here for the night little one , I can have one of the huntresses show you the way out in the morning " - the lion says not really acknowledging you
" One of my lionesses will show you a place to rest for the night and get you cleaned up " - the lion says
The giant black lion gets up and starts to walk away. His Ebony lionesses follow him, rubbing along his body and nipping at his sides. He stops and looks at you , his face neutral . what was he thinking ?
" You're also welcome to join us for the night " - the lion says , looking from your tail to your ears.
the lionesses look towards the male and suddenly walk back towards you and surround you like a fur coat
" We don't mind , you'll be safe in our den , we can help your wounds " - one of his small lionesses say to you a closed smile across her face
You walk towards the male , now feeling incredibly small . you feel like your about to stutter when you squeak out
" Who are you ? "
The lion smiles
" My name ? I am Sir , the leader of the reverence Pride . We pray to the stars and worship the moon . But don't worry little one I will tell you all about it . But I would like to get to know you first " - Sir Says, a flirty grin on his face .
You decide to follow them to the den , Sir wraps his massive tail around you leads you with them .
Who knows what he will teach you about tonight .
