Mother: Unknown ~ Alicio never knew his mother, his father claimed she had been horrified after seeing Alicio's strange coloring and had left the pride in disgust, though Alicio always suspected Kaimon had given her away to a specialty pride, where she could learn to love abnormal lions. Presumed Deceased
Partner: Queen Selina ~ After a short period of passionate hatred, Selina and Alicio are now thicker than thieves. Alicio appreciates that Selina doesn't mind the many breeders and various relationships Alicio has throughout the den, she knows she's Alicio's one and only permanent partner, though it may be a source of difficulty in the future.
History: After being sold into Scratch's Pride, Alicio witnessed the cruelty of an uncaring King. Under Scratch's reign, many lionesses went hungry and were overbred, something Alicio vowed never to let happen. Alicio bided his time until Scratch grew old and passed away into the netherworld. Alicio had assumed that taking the throne would be easy, but had underestimated the power of the other submales of Scratch's Pride, Yassin and Armando. While Alicio had youth on his side, Armando had skill and experience, which proved quite a feat, though Alico prevailed. Against Yassin, Alicio's age actually benefited him, giving him an edge against the much weaker and smaller Yassin. After claiming the throne, Alicio spent a long time alone, only meeting with lionesses for breeding purposes, though he knew how much any of them would give to be his Queen. As time wore on, Alicio grew lonely, as would be expected. Then one day, Selina appeared. He had not wooed her, and she hadn't been traded into the pride. One day, she was just there. She came with a silence and mystery about her, as she refused to answer questions relating to her life before Alicio's Pride. Alicio had harassed her for days, constantly asking about her past, where she was from, and if she would be leaving. Alicio made it no secret how much he distained her, and she did the same to him, though as time passed their burning hatred for each other turned into a fiery and passionate affair, resulting in him naming Selina his one and only Queen. And though his heart belongs to her, the future of his pride relies on breeding.
