**********THE BACKGROUND ON WHY MY LIONS NAME IS NIXIE********* Named after my dog that passed on 3/22/2024. She was only about 3-4 years old, she was such a smart, sweet, and beautiful dog I couldn't have wished for any other. But what happened? What was the cause of her death? So it was like any other Friday night me and some of my family was watching TV, my sister had went outside with nixie and the other dogs. They where out there for awhile when all of the sudden my sister walked in and told me that nixie had ran off and that she was going to find her (keep in mind nixie had a tracker on her collar) so my sister got on her phone and it showed her down the road so she went down there, but she wasn't there so she checked again and it said she was by the house so she thought that nixie had just ran back home so she went back home and in fact did not find her there so she went on the main road thinking maybe she just found something. As she went down the road she saw her in a ditch laying there. Someone ran her over... She got out of the truck and proceeded to check on her but sadly it was to late and she was gone. After she made sure she was in fact dead she brought her home to me so that I could say my goodbyes and see her on last time. When my sister got home with nixie she ran inside and hugged me crying saying she was so sorry, but I didn't get why she was crying at first until I noticed that nixie was not indeed inside. I started crying and rushed to get my shoes on so that I could see her... we dug her a grave under one of our big trees so that she could always be with us. *************HERE IS A PICTURE(S) OF MY SWEET GIRL*****************
