Total Chad Eklipse

You hesitantly turn another corner of the temples decrepit corridors, however this time the cramped space opens up into a larger room with hieroglyphs and statues adorning the sandstone pillars and walls, torches lighting up the room with a glowing brazier in the center. Wait... lit torches? "Who might you be?" booms, the sound bouncing off the walls in a cacophony. You turn around, a lion draped darkness covered in battle wounds and scars steps out from behind one of the pillars. "Who has dared trespass on sacred land? and barge into the temple of Anub--OW", the loud voice suddenly stops and and is replaced with a quiet "Heyyy stop it, let me do my thing". Looking closer you can see a jackal pup running between their legs and and lion cub hanging on to their tail with their little mouth. They sigh heavily and look at you tiredly and then look disappointedly at something behind the pillar they appeared from. A large jackal stumbles out from the opposite pillar loudly laughing. The lion turns their head towards the jackal "seriously? we finally get a visitor and I can't even do my thing, they could be here to steal the cubs or our treasure", this just makes the jackal laugh harder and it flops onto its back in a fit of laughter. "Well now its ruined" the lion says sulkily, "could we do it from the top?" is said from somewhere "no we can't do it from the top now that they know what's going to happen... and now we look like idiots" the last part said very quietly. With jackals laughter finally quieting down and the cub having finally let go of the lions tail and now tussling with the jackal pup you go to say something, but the lion in front looks up at you beaming. "Welcome to the temple of Anubis, I'm Eklipse and I uhh.. guard this place" he skeptically looks at the jackal next to him, the jackal shrugs "yeah you basically do", the lion continues "yeah so I guard this place, and this is Anubis"... (Not done yet)
