Tax Fraud started life out as a small cub, often picked on by his littermates and half-siblings. They often took his food, his toys, and anything that wasn't attached to the little lad. So he became very object-oriented, careful to hide what was important to him. The only thing that could persuade him to share was the younger cubs. Once he left his pride, he knew he wanted a family, but was guarded in case anyone tried to take his things again.
