Starrmaine, the Sweetheart

Kind and curious Starrmaine prefers exploring during the days & resting with his pride in the evenings.

Some may think he's too kind for a pride king, usually choosing more playful and curious actions over the more overtly aggressive, but it is less of a detriment and more of a boon to him and his pride that he's this way.

He ensures through his diplomacy and empathy that no threats rear their heads anywhere near his den, and that his cubs, adopted or biological, learn that while aggression may be necessary at times, it never hurts to also be open to experiencing the more fun, playful, frolicking kinds of fun as well, much less to be helpful when others may choose not to be. And if those softer actions and attitudes tend to annoy or aggravate others, never meet their aggression with the same unless they've actually attacked you. Then, it's fair game.

His first mate was Sharpclaw, who bore Brighteyes (F) & Dawncrest (F).

He is considering both Oakfang (M) & Stormfangs (M) as his heirs to the pride.
