Soare, the Total Chad

Though Soare was born to a great king, Soare was not expected to become a leader.

When Soare was born, the king of his pride was older, well-respected, and wise. He chose his oldest son to take over once he passed, which was only 6 months after Soare was born. His eldest brother was a good king, but was young and inexperienced, and this made him wary of his 3 younger brothers, including Soare. The two middle brothers had mates and cubs within the pride, and pledged their loyalty to their elder brother, but Soare had no one but his mother, and was headstrong and vocal about his ambitions to lead. He was exiled when he reached one year old, and never looked back.

He spent time alone for about 6 months before meeting Byeol, and thought she was the most beautiful lioness he had ever seen. Even though she was older than him, he took care of her as best as he could, and quickly fell in love with her.

While he loved Byeol and being with her, he knew his true ambition, since he was a cub, was to lead a pride. He told Byeol he wanted to begin bringing lions together and have cubs of his own to care for and protect, and, to his relief, Byeol agreed.

Though Soare is ambitious, he is kind, and a good leader. He takes in lions and cubs he encounters near his territory, both loners and those exiled from another pride. He knew what both of those experiences were like, and vowed to always help those in need.
