He cannot find it in him to complain though, even when his wrist aches of an injury no longer there. The tight wraps ease the pain, a gift from Harpy. The god is odd. Anubis lingers, though their job is done. He is quiet, but he can feel the curiosity bubbling in the ancient one. Questions on the tip of his tongue but never making it past his lips. He simply watches and those dark eyes always feel heavier than the weight of the world when they settle on The Honored One. It is alright though. He is content to wait– to let the god settle into his newfound body. To let him breathe and awaken himself. Something stirs in him when he looks at Anubis, yet he cannot identify it. Perhaps with time it will become more clear…
