Spoiler Warning for CoD MW3: John 'Soap' Mactavish was reincarnated as a lion after his life ended way too soon. Why a lion you might ask? Well not many know about reincarnation, but it's the pride's belief that it's because he showed the upmost bravery in his final moments. During the standoff with Vladimir Makarov, he played dead. He could've easily stayed like that, pretending he wasn't alive but he didn't, because when his Captain was about to get shot. He took one for the team. He stood up, knowing that the rouse would be over as he tried to take on Makarov one on one, but in saving his Captain. He lost his life at just 29 years old. He needed a leader then, but his Captain made the wrong call. He was so close to neutralizing the threat of Makarov's organization, at least temporarily, but he listened. He let Captain Price convince him that he was caught, and that he was going to be put in the Gulag (Russian Prison) for the rest of his life, but Price underestimated the terrorist. Now, Soap roams the wildlife to be the leader of his own pack.
