Biography
“I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead; I lift my lids and all is born again.” —— Story: Nobody really knows where Zephel came from. He claims to remember nothing of his former pride, and was found by Savare wandering the edges of his territory. The lionesses speculate that Savare felt sympathy for Zephel due to his similar past. He raised him, and eventually became so fond of him that he decided the pride would belong to Zephel once he passed. “ We were cut from the same, blackened cloth; Our hearts dark, our paws stained red. You are the only one to live up to my legacy and to run this pride of bones, my son.” As a cub, Zephel had a reputation of torturing the other cubs. His best friend, and the only lion who really likes him other than Savare is Noiré. The two were always getting up to no good. Soon after Zephel became a sub male, he convinced Savare to kill his daughter Sienna after she was annoying him with her cauterwauling. Since that day, the rest of the pride has speculated that Zephel really runs the show, with Savare as his puppet. They all fear for the future.
