They talked about putting me out of my misery but admired my spirit when I weakly tried to roar at the one who suggested it. They laughed but they took me in. As much as I was the bottom feeder of the group, they taught the me how to hunt and survive. The years of constant battle made me stronger. Then that ended. It was three rainy seasons after I was taken in we were hunting, I was getting quite good at it if I say so myself, we were caught in a stampede and were scattered. I couldn't find traces of the others. I took it as a sign to move on. So I went off on my own seeking to make a real pride a real family. I admit I had an unhealthy obsession with spots. Had? I tried repeatedly to court both leopards, jaguars and, cheetahs. Sometimes to disastrous results when their males found out.
