Biography
KOANSHAN ~ Koanshon is a mysterious, withdrawn King. When the Atma Pride with a three king legacy died out from a sickness, Koanshan happened upon the mysterious land where the pride once lived, claiming it as his own and inviting lost lionesses into his newly formed pride. The land in which his pride lives in is a mysterious, mesmerizing place. Filled with caves and beaches, bitter cold tundras, and lush forests and jungles; which should not at all be possible to be located so close together, nor is it possible that such different climates could come together in one place. The lions living within don’t know the secrets of their own land, and Koanshan doesn’t seem to know either. The Atma Pride may have once knew, but none of them were left. Koanshan rules over the three sectors of his pride; the Frigid Sector, where he resides, The Lush Sector, and the Cavern Sector. Lions residing in each often visit each other’s sectors, and Koanshan takes time to see how each sector is doing, to make sure they are strong and healthy and that his cubs (or that of another male’s) have arrived safely. Koanshan is personally taking care of an albino hyena and her pup, whom he found wandering lost and confused and freezing in the cold lands of the Frigid Sector. He took them in and taught them how to survive, in which they are thankful and are considered part of the pride despite their differing species. As well as this, Koanshan seems to be followed by the spirit of a lioness long gone; Ash, a former Queen of the Atma Pride, of which was the beloved mate of the Atma Pride’s second leader, Slate. She does not talk, and only shows herself to Koanshan, a prideful and thankful look on her face towards the lion that brought her former home back to life.
