Jorogumo 's Den

A dark cave stretches out before you. There are animal bones and dried blood scattered around the entrance. As you peek inside, you catch the gaze of fierce red eyes. A black and white lioness is sitting not far inside, cleaning the fresh blood from her claws. The carcass of an impala rests at her paws. A loud growl erupts from her throat as she pushes aside her meal, stalking towards you. Once standing in front of you, she looks you up and down. She seems to come to some kind of conclusion. The lioness turns, heading back towards her domain, but not before throwing out a remark. “Hm. Not bad for a king. I wonder how good your blood tastes.” Was that a compliment or a threat?
