1) Only a Prince (or true heir) has first claim to the throne2) If the current king has no sons, he may appoint a Duke or Baron as heir
3) Anyone of the Royal Family born lower than Duke/Dutchess or below the offspring of Consorts must take a role outside the Royal Family, as there is not any claim for them
4) The bloodline must be kept pure (Low generation / no inbreeding)
5) A lion is considered an Elder at the age of 12 years old
6) Lions in the Royal Family may seek to step out of their role. As long as this change is approved of by AT LEAST the current King and Queen the change goes into effect immediately
6A) If the change is not approved by the King or Queen, the lion may seek council of the Advisors
