He had a pride, many lionesses and cubs, defended his territory fiercely from any being, he was warned that poachers were lingering around and was extremely on edge, one day he left to check on the borders of his territory but upon returning there was just a stomach wrenching scene of cadavres, mutilated cubs and gutted lionesses, it was disgusting and heartbreaking for the male, he stand in chock before leaving, he didn't had the strength to give them a proper ceremony, he just hoped they would forgive him, with time he never returned to his past pride, he kept walking forward wishing to never see such things, until he saw the championship happening, he thought it could get his mind off of it and get to enjoy some time, and so he fought and fought, winning most of the time, he didn't had any groupie and was fine with it, he just like fighting, but one lioness did, she was intrigued, Asher was her name, the two of them got along well, and at the end of the championship after the champion was elected they both left, both intending to build a pride together
