Ranks:
King: The ruler and commander of the Pride, unlike SunPride, who has 'Leaders'. They explore and breed, and is the most respected member of the Pride.
Queen: The mate of the King. She is the lead Huntress and must be older than 3 years old.
Heir: The next-in-line for the King. He must patrol at least 30 times and should have clean lineage. After the King dies, retires, or is exiled, the Heir becomes King. When the King turns 12 years old, the King must choose a Heir.
Huntresses: The hunters of the Pride. They must be female and be at least 3 years of age for hunting.
Warriors: The fighters/defenders of the Pride. They must be male and be at least 3 years of age for guardianship. They are fed second alongside with nursing lionesses, Cubs, and Elders.
Broodmothers: the keepers of the Nursery. They nurse cubs, not only their own.
Cubs: Lions under one year of age. They are fed and played with, though they are 'unproved'.
Trainees: Lions over 11 months. If they pass their Trial, then they are worthy of the Pride and is trained for 11 more months.
Elders: Lions over 15 years of age. Kings do not apply to this. They are well-respected and have earned their place in the Pride.

Traditions:
MoonPride has strict rules.
Rule 1: Every new King or Queen must be at least 3 years old.
Rule 2: Every Prideborn Cub must pass a trial when they are one year old. If they don't pass, they are exiled. If they pass, they are 'proved', becoming a true member of the Pride.
Specializations: If a lion is too pretty or high in stats, they might be qualified for specializations, but they are still treated unfairly.
Rule 3: Every Outsiders that want to join MoonPride will have to go through a test. If they don't pass, they are chased out. If they pass, they are 'proved', becoming a true member of the Pride.

Rule 4: Every Queen, Heir, or Warrior (or Huntress) must be at least 2 years old.
Rule 5: Every Medic, Meditator, and Broodmother must be at least 3 years old.

Backstory: MoonPride is a vicious Pride. They don't hesitate to harm those out of their Pride, but fiercely loyal to their loved ones.

SunPride was an ancient Pride, a Pride that passed down for generations. Recently, some of SunPride rebeled and separated into MoonPride, starting anew. The lion that started the Great Rebellion is Moonglow himself. Moonglow was an ambitious leader, but kind to his 'proved' Pridemates and cubs, but he could be ruthless to 'unproven' Pridemates.
