Silva Noctis's Den

Panting heavily from exertion, you collapse under a tree's shade. You close your eyes, succumbing to sleep that eats away at your mind. Your journey has been long and arduous, you need this.
You're not sure when it is you awaken, but you're not where you once were. You're now in a grove, surrounded by concerned lionesses and cubs. They all seem to have such strange appearances. Your fur bristles with anxiety as you move to stand. However, fatigue has yet to leave you be, so your legs tremble with the effort. Trees and foliage shield you from the sun's harsh rays, and a stream of water trickles nearby; you can hear it.
Pricking your ears, you see a large, intimidating lion approaching you. Smoke and flame waft from their body, wings black as night folded into their sides. They pause in front of you, looming. "I am Silva Noctis," they say, "You may rest easy here knowing you are safe." The lion then slowly pads away, taking a place beside a menacing female. For some reason, peace washes over you despite the anxieties you had moments ago. Perhaps you'll continue to rest here until you have more strength.
