Have you ever been told the tale of the hidden kingdom? The one they tell is old tales, a mysterious, prosperous kingdom, riches and wealth galore. Everywhere you look, everyone was happy, healthy, enjoying life to the fullest. People loved their king, their rulers, generous to a fault, adored by all who knew them, and the royal family loved their people unconditionally as well. In the end, everything came crashing, like a tidal wave, horrific, quick, and then nothing was left. The tale tells of how even if you are there for everyone, helping them, loving them, nothing lasts forever, and you should cherish what you have now.

This story is often told to children, a fantasy world where everything was bright and luscious, then it fades away. Children learn important lessons from it, to cherish what they have, love those around them, and be kind even in the face of injustice. Yet, every child has asked this one question that no adult can answer, “Where are they now?”

“Well, child, everyone is gone, only their daughter survived.” All except for me.

Like the flowers that bloom in the spring, pink and serene, a sense of awe washes over those who watch the blossoms line the streets. I share the same name, Sakura. Once at the top, in the palace full of joy, I, the princess of the forgotten kingdom, a kingdom of stories dwelled. But now, now I am nothing but a petal in the wind, having been blown off from my land, going wherever the wind takes me. I have had many suitors when I was a princess, they came from all over the world, to ask for my hand in marriage, presenting riches, status and titles, as if that was enticing. They had always come not for me, but for the princess, none had ever looked past my title or my appearance. I was a prize to claim, that was all it was.

Now, as a wandering former princess, I have a new purpose in life. I wish no harm on those who have hurt my family, they were confused and afraid. Sadness hangs in the air as memories of my family resurface, yet I do not blame anyone for the loss I’ve suffered. If anything, I hope they’ve found peace with their decision. My family would not want me to dwell on their deaths, they would want me to live my life as I want, my wishes, my happiness. And what am I looking for in my new life, you ask? “Well, a life of adventure and love does sound quite nice, does it not?”

A strong wind blows towards the horizon, fluffing up my fur. I let out a relaxed sigh, preparing for my next destination, wherever the wind takes me.

I try to be really nice on here, and I love using !!! but don't abuse that pls! I have had people try and use that as a way to get some of my best lionesses.
A few more things about me are that I have JA (Juvenile Arthritis) in my knees and ankles. I have had it since I was two. AND NO IT ISN'T JUST FOR OLD PEOPLE!!! AND NO I AM NOT OLD!!!!!! Please don't use this as a opportunity to bully me or anyone. I also have psoriasis in my feet and some fingers of both hands! So that basically means that I cannot take a step without pain! Yay!!! Happy me.
