A safe place for lionesses to rest before being taken to a safe place, cubs taken care of no matter who they come from, and for adolescents to get skills needed to survive on their own. Verndari is a kind soul and his family will never turn away those in need. And if they're good and fit in, they are given a permanent spot in the pride until it's their time to move on. To be part of Verndari's pride, no matter the amount of time you are here for, is to know good food, lots of toys, warmth, and a place to belong and feel like family until the time comes to pass on. All are welcome and helped how they need it, especially those with markings that would leave them shunned from other prides or have trouble hunting. Verndari knows what it's like to be treated harshly for something uncontrollable like fur markings and ensures all have at least one place to call home with his pride.
