Cyn, the Exponential End's Den

Within the desert is an oasis… and within that oasis, which is surprisingly large, is a spire of skeletons… which you had the displeasure of coming across while exploring when you stepped on a lion’s skull at night. The air becomes unnaturally cold. Something strange is carved into the skull. It looks to be some sort of poem or maybe even a song.
“Winter rains down on the ashes; murder makes fuel from the bones, murder rips gods from the masses, murder brings… murder brings…”
Your reading is interrupted by the sound of something moving amongst the bones of the fallen, then all goes silent. The sound of the rapid beating of your own heart fills your ears. The noise starts up again, only now it’s closer…
Another skull rolls towards you, a message carved into it: All hail the planet eater.
In the distance you see the silhouette of what looks to be a female ferus with a bow of some sort wrapped into her mane. As the figure seems to turn to face you, all you see is eerie, glowing eyes. Suddenly, reality warps around her and she vanishes… only to reappear even closer. She reeks of death and decay, like a corpse that’s been reanimated by something incomprehensible to your mortal mind.
She knocks another skull in your direction with something carved into it… a simple yet unnerving message:
“RUN…”
