On the northeastern edge of Lioden’s territory, along the western most edge of the Rocky Hill's Mountain range, is a set of caves that overlook the two near-by savannahs and scrubland west/southwest. Once inside one of the three ground accessible caves, you’ll find a long tunnel the eventually leads into a large room that has many tunnels unevenly spaced around the oval spaced cavern; each leading further into the mountain as the room is lit up by many openings high in the ceiling. Some of the tunnels lead higher up and exit onto the top of the mountain, while a few leads deeper into the rock and many other large rooms.
Here is the home of Tow’s coalition and pride since the start of his reign and bloodlines way back in June of the human year 2022. It was found by his Queen Layla a few weeks before she was claimed and after she chose him as her king, she shared with him the perfect place to grow their pride. All he had to do was make friends with the inhabitants as she did in her youth and no humans would come near their new home.
Living alongside them in the numerous caves and nearby savannah are a large clan of spotted Hyenas who have lived in the area for generations. It was rough in the beginning as Tow had to be strict with his sub males since they are fierce enemies in normal instances, but in the end both parties came to a mutual agreement to fight the true threats of humans and rival prides/clans.
Both groups helping one another grow their bloodlines, Tow and his males providing muscle to bigger threats and ever too curious humans, while the hyenas provide round the clock patrolling; allowing Tow’s sub males to rest and recover. Hyenas join the lionesses on hunts from time to time and help watch over and teach the next generations in the nursery.

Tow started all that you see here with the help of his very first NCL, True Queen Layla, his main 3 hunting parties made up of 15 extremely skilled huntresses who all became heavily scared from all the hunts. His first 5 brood mothers, protectively fierce yet loving and raising all the cubs who joined, and his many daughters who have continued his line for generations to come.
Along with Blithe, my side's first king, who was his first male ally, joining the world of Lioden a few days after Tow. Both became like brothers during Blithe's short reign, as both were slowly learning how to run a pride just as the August fires hit their territories.
Tow's daughters Bagga (his first mutated cub, Achromia), the twins Nalya & Rayla, Cracked (his 2nd Piebald born), Puma, and Dusk to name a few that have formed the foundations of parts of the bigger lines now in Kaballa’s pride. Tow's daughter Cracked gave Kaballa the next Heir of the pride for her final heat just near the end of his reign. Passing Tow's amber eye color to them as well as Kaballa's Ferus mutation and a random rosette; their name is Ta'Kara.
His main hunting party from the start was called the Veterans. Led by Amber and his first 4 NCLs after Layla; each given a name, Rose, Royal, Soul, and Walla. (All 5 can be found in my pride dynasty and have many grandcubs in either pride.)
Tow's first 5 Brood mothers were led by his queen Layla, followed by Cimmy, with his first few chased NCLs named Charly, Pluto, and Merla. (Pluto, Charly, and Merla have fully passed on <3, but the other 2 can be found in my pride dynasty)
The first elder lioness to ever enter Tow's pride was given the name Bleeding Sun, she joined as a NCL with two newborn cubs still nursing at 12 years 6 months; Auburn Sun and her brother. Bleeding Sun stayed with the pride for the rest of her life, later giving Tow twins for her final litter at age 14y 3m; they were named Nalya and Rayla.
Both twins became huntresses under the teaching of their older sister Auburn, a veteran huntress from Tow's reign. While their mother was the first lioness to pass from old age, not long before the twins aged up, the three sisters have continued her line to many granddaughters still in the pride with Ta'Kara.
One of his most beloved lionesses who oversaw and ran everything in-between hunting and raising was named, the Lady Leela. Although she originally joined as an adol cub with the name fodder, Tow saw her amazing markings and, in the end, she had many beautiful sets of twins before Ila and her twin Neikea were born as her final litter at 14 years. Tow was beyond stunned when he saw the little cub for the first time, just as blind as the lioness Lucia the Blind, yet, different, and that morning Ila became the very first Eyeless cub born into the pride. Ila has an Eyeless daughter with Kaballa and now an Eyeless granddaughter with Jewels <3
The lioness to give Tow his first successor was named Mother Mosha, she joined 08/22/2022, and while a quiet lioness during her life in the pride, she had Kaballa for her 2nd to last litter and his younger sister Rezah for her final litter. Kaballa was born 01/04/23, just as the search for an heir had begun, and it put Tow in a predicament as another Ferus heir happen to be born to a different lioness the day before Kaballa; later named The Uncrowned (In former pride).
A difficult choice between two recently born Ferus heirs, from two very different lionesses who had been in the pride for years, and in the end he crowned Kaballa as his successor.
A choice that would come back at the end of Tow's life and the start of Kaballa's reign with many unseen consequences.

The first collector of battle beetles in the territory, any and all new species and colors he could find were added to his book; finding over 110 species/colors in his lifetime.
- August Event 2023 -
Kaballa also was the first to begin to collect maneater sired cubs as Tow was too busy during his reign to really pay the studs visiting much attention back then with Blithe and Endor's territory being constantly hit with wildfires all through the month. For Kaballa though, the wildfires would only truly hit his territory once, towards the beginning of the human month with the aid of an old rival long forgotten; the grown cub of the leopard who killed Delilah the human year prior. Now back for revenge of her mother that the first Guardian Lilith, had killed long ago; having caught word of the two deaf newcomers.
During one early morning, it dragged a lit branch from a human camp near-by, through the territory and near the entrance of the caves. Fire engulfed the surrounding shrubs and grass within seconds as the high wind of that week further pushed the fire into the cave entrances. The sudden smoke, fire, and confusion made most of the pride to panic and scatter momentarily before moving to put out the fires, but that's all the leopard needed.
In all the chaos and confusion for the two deaf lions, a rattle snake gets the surprise on BatEar and the leopard kills Sylas the Rift, before their Guardians or Vax'ildan could find either of them. Kaballa and Jewels later find and dispatch the trespasser cornered by a few of his queens but he keep it's two young cubs Vax finds a few days later; alone, hungry, and a bit burnt on the edge of the territory. Both leopard cubs growing to become friends and trusted allies of two current Guardians in Bleeding Sun's line; both Guardians of Luna n Eclipse.

Once the pride was at peace again with the return of the deaf lions by Ila and Aspen, towards the middle of August, Kaballa began looking for cubs with many markings from the Maneater/savage studs of that year and after a few days of searching for the right one, our Maneater Prince was found and set to be the 4th King of the territory after his son Ta'Kara has had his time to reign.
Many maneater cubs joined during the weeks following August as Kaballa searched for a few of them, even had two of his lionesses studded to them, one being Nalya's grandcub Seal Rosette who had twins, and many of the cubs/adols who joined ended up living out the entirety of their lives in Kaballa/Ta'Kara's pride or over in Damon/Eve/Jewel's pride; a few are still in both prides as of mid May 2024 as older lionesses on their last heats; one had a Mane Fluffy with Kaballa while another had a Mane Shaggy with Ta'Kara <3.
(Will add more with the start and end to Kaballa's reign---- I know most all of his story so far, its just typing it all out that i'm really delaying xD) But i have a big event here, belongs before Prince joining but after BatEar and Sylas's passing.

During the startup of the August fires in the human year of 2023, queen Ila the Eyeless, the 2nd Shaman of the pride was tasked to revive 2 fellow pride mates; just as her mother brought back Little Delilah long ago for king Tow. With the assistance of Witch Aspen, who had all that was needed, set up the ritual to revive them in one of the far back caves in the mountain that houses Pride Cavern.
During a stunning meteor shower the morning following the deaf lions passing, Ila and Aspen brought back brood mother BatEar and Sylas the Rift. Both having died during the chaos of a massive wildfire that occurred just outside the western entrance of the den earlier that day; the fire spanning far into the savannah before it headed northwards.

The Smith's Red Rock Hare has my favorite decor description and is now the pride's forever mascot, it reads,
"This tiny fluffball comes out at night to scream endlessly into the dark void."
Our Rock Hare is always with TK, now Prince, and he's named Howler.

TK goes by he/him/they and are referred to in the story as Ta'Kara or TK for short.
Ta'Kara is the first collector of NRLCs and grew to have a number of high marking lionesses in the pride for Prince to continue by the end of TK's reign. He also continued his fathers collection of beetles by adding 30+ into his log book with the help of Jewels.
*I will soon add most of his reign but heres the endish bit so far 06/10/24*
- May Event 2024 -
Knowing his time as king is coming to an end as Prince nears ever closer to 14 years and 11 months old, Ta'Kara decides to try and beat his fathers arena record from human year prior; Jewels tells him what he remembers of those 2-ish years of his life in Kaballa's reign during that human month.
So while he has the chance, TK goes all in during May events, constantly fighting in the arenas when not exploring the land; moving from the top Advanced rank to first Expert rank of battles by the end of the event and grows a record of just over 100 combined matches in the main arena. Having quickly lost count of all the quicker 1v1s as he was waiting for the main fights to open up.
As May comes to an end, Ta'Kara is able to beat Kaballa's record by 2 on the final day of the event. Though his body grows stiff in the weeks following the event from the many losses and victories in the arena. The healers of the pride doing what they can to speed the healing of any wound he acquired during the battles but Sage the Eyeless believes the near 2 years of constant fights, on top of defending the land while exploring have just finally begun to catch up to him. Snowstorm also reminds him how he aged himself up 2 years after he claimed his Wenet at the end of April so she's sure that has had to have some effect on his body in the long run.
Upon learning fully of the rewards to the crested challenge of May's event, TK decides to save the reward of a Dorsal Fur cub for Prince to use as his first cub and holds off breeding for the final few months of his reign (4-5 roll overs).
Choosing to heed the earlier advice of his Queens and relax for the final weeks of his reign as he and Prince patrol the land with the 6th heir of the land at their side to learn of those before him, - G1 - NCG 134 - Melanism. (*He still needs a true name but thats his "name" for now if you wanna find him in the pride and see his decor and a small bit of his story that I've put in his bio so far)
But plans of relaxation don't last long as July starts, TK quickly finds himself in some abandoned temple newly found by his son Overgrown Claws as TK himself becomes a vessel for Anubis. While he decides to also invite a new Deaf cub in the pride 2 human days before he'd be handing Prince his crown; he names the little cub Nova after the original Planet of the Apes series.
The first day at the start of both lioden months, Nova decides to wonder off from her Guardians for a short enough time to cause just enough trouble to give Ta'Kara a small heart attack when he reads the roll-over reports from his Queens and Guardians that following morning; Blodreina loving to give the bad news first if she knows there's no true harm following the message just to mess with Ta'Kara.
*Nova has since lived to have a litter of cubs with Prince! She is working alongside BatEar guarding and watching over young cubs.

The fourth King is Prince; aka The Maneater Prince
He joined back in 08/25/23 as an adol and learned from Kaballa for most of his life and helped guide Ta'Kara until he reigned as Prince finished patrolling at age 14y 11m.
His reign began late at night 06/09/24 - 00/00/24
He was born early August 2023 from a Maneater stud and joined at 1y 3m. Not long after his soon to be greatest allies and friends, the 4 Apoko, all had aged up and begun hunting; Death, Famine, Pestilence, and War.

Day 2 of his reign 06/12/24 - Wenet's hunting group got triple scarred by a Kob during a hunt that got Wenet herself, WC Qahir, and WC Cremello; that Kob didn't go down without a fight i guess 0.0
For the first time since Tow's main group, the Veterans, back in 2022 that three lionesses have been injured by a single carcass hunt. Wenet and her cousins are already becoming quite the skilled and scarred huntresses.
*08/26/24 Nova passes at 3 years 1 month to another dang leopard, but just as Kaballa was ready for BatEar and Luna & Eclipse back then, Prince is ready for Nova's time. She is resurrected that same afternoon by Sage the Eyeless, who was 15y 6m at the time <3
Nova, once following BatEar in Broodmothering until her passing, decides to take up Prince's offer as one of his Queens, joining BatEar, Ambrose, Wenet, NCL Faye, NCL Peach, and a few more who lead the pride while Prince himself is away patrolling.
Nova now sits in Center Cavern and watches over TK n Prince's collection of NRLCs and Maneater stud lines; along with any chase NCLs that happen to join the pride. She was there to welcome the first 14/15 cub born into the pride 09/30/24 <3

I swear its always those little guys that give the huntresses their scars xD **This still holds true nearly a year later from first writing this lol 06/30/24 **Still true, those little buggers always get em 10/20/24
Any lion you see that my kings have killed/chased for Evil Karma Kings will mostly ever be non-chased NCLs I find/buy to lower my king's karma or dirty cubs my own kings have created; I will only kill another king or queen's cubs if the trade is labeled kill but even that is rare.
Also, any cubs that I send to reserve for good Karma Kings will only be of my own kings or lionesses making and most likely are either "dirty" or have very few stats or markings. *Or from trades titled/listed as fodder/kill/chase.
I will often chase lionesses from my lines that are older or ones that just aged up to create new chased NCLs out there and so far have re-claimed 4 of the ones I chased <3 Two are here and two are with Jewels on my side account <3
If you think you've found one of Jewel's daughters as a chased ncl, most will have many hidden markings from Jewels himself, i'd love to see them found and in a pride again :)

Many maneater cubs joined during the weeks following August as Kaballa searched for a few of them, even had two of his lionesses studded to them, one being Nalya's grandcub Seal Rosette who had twins, and many of the cubs/adols who joined ended up living out the entirety of their lives in Kaballa/Ta'Kara's pride or over in Damon/Eve/Jewel's pride; a few are still in both prides as of mid May 2024 as older lionesses on their last heats; one had a Mane Fluffy with Kaballa while another had a Mane Shaggy with Ta'Kara <3.
(Will add more with the start and end to Kaballa's reign---- I know most all of his story so far, its just typing it all out that i'm really delaying xD) But i have a big event here, belongs before Prince joining but after BatEar and Sylas's passing.

During the startup of the August fires in the human year of 2023, queen Ila the Eyeless, the 2nd Shaman of the pride was tasked to revive 2 fellow pride mates; just as her mother brought back Little Delilah long ago for king Tow. With the assistance of Witch Aspen, who had all that was needed, set up the ritual to revive them in one of the far back caves in the mountain that houses Pride Cavern.
During a stunning meteor shower the morning following the deaf lions passing, Ila and Aspen brought back brood mother BatEar and Sylas the Rift. Both having died during the chaos of a massive wildfire that occurred just outside the western entrance of the den earlier that day; the fire spanning far into the savannah before it headed northwards.

They were born to Cracked, a piebald daughter of Tow, as her final heat on 09/27/23 - and he passed at 17 years 08/14/24

The Smith's Red Rock Hare has my favorite decor description and is now the pride's forever mascot, it reads,
"This tiny fluffball comes out at night to scream endlessly into the dark void."
Our Rock Hare is always with TK, now Prince, and he's named Howler.

TK goes by he/him/they and are referred to in the story as Ta'Kara or TK for short.
Ta'Kara is the first collector of NRLCs and grew to have a number of high marking lionesses in the pride for Prince to continue by the end of TK's reign. He also continued his fathers collection of beetles by adding 30+ into his log book with the help of Jewels.
*I will soon add most of his reign but heres the endish bit so far 06/10/24*
- May Event 2024 -
Knowing his time as king is coming to an end as Prince nears ever closer to 14 years and 11 months old, Ta'Kara decides to try and beat his fathers arena record from human year prior; Jewels tells him what he remembers of those 2-ish years of his life in Kaballa's reign during that human month.
So while he has the chance, TK goes all in during May events, constantly fighting in the arenas when not exploring the land; moving from the top Advanced rank to first Expert rank of battles by the end of the event and grows a record of just over 100 combined matches in the main arena. Having quickly lost count of all the quicker 1v1s as he was waiting for the main fights to open up.
As May comes to an end, Ta'Kara is able to beat Kaballa's record by 2 on the final day of the event. Though his body grows stiff in the weeks following the event from the many losses and victories in the arena. The healers of the pride doing what they can to speed the healing of any wound he acquired during the battles but Sage the Eyeless believes the near 2 years of constant fights, on top of defending the land while exploring have just finally begun to catch up to him. Snowstorm also reminds him how he aged himself up 2 years after he claimed his Wenet at the end of April so she's sure that has had to have some effect on his body in the long run.
Upon learning fully of the rewards to the crested challenge of May's event, TK decides to save the reward of a Dorsal Fur cub for Prince to use as his first cub and holds off breeding for the final few months of his reign (4-5 roll overs).
Choosing to heed the earlier advice of his Queens and relax for the final weeks of his reign as he and Prince patrol the land with the 6th heir of the land at their side to learn of those before him, - G1 - NCG 134 - Melanism. (*He still needs a true name but thats his "name" for now if you wanna find him in the pride and see his decor and a small bit of his story that I've put in his bio so far)
But plans of relaxation don't last long as July starts, TK quickly finds himself in some abandoned temple newly found by his son Overgrown Claws as TK himself becomes a vessel for Anubis. While he decides to also invite a new Deaf cub in the pride 2 human days before he'd be handing Prince his crown; he names the little cub Nova after the original Planet of the Apes series.
The first day at the start of both lioden months, Nova decides to wonder off from her Guardians for a short enough time to cause just enough trouble to give Ta'Kara a small heart attack when he reads the roll-over reports from his Queens and Guardians that following morning; Blodreina loving to give the bad news first if she knows there's no true harm following the message just to mess with Ta'Kara.
*Nova has since lived to have a litter of cubs with Prince! She is working alongside BatEar guarding and watching over young cubs.

The fourth King is Prince; aka The Maneater Prince
He joined back in 08/25/23 as an adol and learned from Kaballa for most of his life and helped guide Ta'Kara until he reigned as Prince finished patrolling at age 14y 11m.
His reign began late at night 06/09/24 - 00/00/24
He was born early August 2023 from a Maneater stud and joined at 1y 3m. Not long after his soon to be greatest allies and friends, the 4 Apoko, all had aged up and begun hunting; Death, Famine, Pestilence, and War.

Day 2 of his reign 06/12/24 - Wenet's hunting group got triple scarred by a Kob during a hunt that got Wenet herself, WC Qahir, and WC Cremello; that Kob didn't go down without a fight i guess 0.0
For the first time since Tow's main group, the Veterans, back in 2022 that three lionesses have been injured by a single carcass hunt. Wenet and her cousins are already becoming quite the skilled and scarred huntresses.
*08/26/24 Nova passes at 3 years 1 month to another dang leopard, but just as Kaballa was ready for BatEar and Luna & Eclipse back then, Prince is ready for Nova's time. She is resurrected that same afternoon by Sage the Eyeless, who was 15y 6m at the time <3
Nova, once following BatEar in Broodmothering until her passing, decides to take up Prince's offer as one of his Queens, joining BatEar, Ambrose, Wenet, NCL Faye, NCL Peach, and a few more who lead the pride while Prince himself is away patrolling.
Nova now sits in Center Cavern and watches over TK n Prince's collection of NRLCs and Maneater stud lines; along with any chase NCLs that happen to join the pride. She was there to welcome the first 14/15 cub born into the pride 09/30/24 <3

*Both prides, Tow/Kaballa/Ta'Kara/Prince and Endor/Damon/Hollow Eve/Hallow Jewels have a fierce rivalry with their prey of Dik Diks while on hunts. I swear its always those little guys that give the huntresses their scars xD **This still holds true nearly a year later from first writing this lol 06/30/24 **Still true, those little buggers always get em 10/20/24
Any lion you see that my kings have killed/chased for Evil Karma Kings will mostly ever be non-chased NCLs I find/buy to lower my king's karma or dirty cubs my own kings have created; I will only kill another king or queen's cubs if the trade is labeled kill but even that is rare.
Also, any cubs that I send to reserve for good Karma Kings will only be of my own kings or lionesses making and most likely are either "dirty" or have very few stats or markings. *Or from trades titled/listed as fodder/kill/chase.
I will often chase lionesses from my lines that are older or ones that just aged up to create new chased NCLs out there and so far have re-claimed 4 of the ones I chased <3 Two are here and two are with Jewels on my side account <3
If you think you've found one of Jewel's daughters as a chased ncl, most will have many hidden markings from Jewels himself, i'd love to see them found and in a pride again :)
