Pride forged in Fire...

Igneos was born under the scorching sun and bone-dry brush. His mother was thin, and without a pride, and taught him to follow the vultures for his next meal.
Until the sun finally took her when he was a sub male.
Coming far from the scorching sands he walked for miles in search of something, anything, that could be a home.
Crawling through the Arid Desert until he collapsed in a watering hole.
In his delirious haze, he saw five gorgeous lionesses.
A lioness as brown as the soil, eyes as gold as honey feeds him a juicy fruit. She calls it a Medlar fruit and heals him while her sister, Sofiel, kept glaring at the new male.
The lionesses were struggling to maintain the territory they were living in from hyenas, so as payment Igneos was sent to chase them away.
However, he took pity on the hungry hyena cubs, offering instead the opportunity to hunt together.
He, the lionesses, and the hyenas all lived in peace. The lionesses ended up becoming his wives, except for the reluctant Sofiel.
King Igneos established his territory over his new world, which he called Solternis. The Lands of the Eternal Sun.
Sofiel ostracized herself from pride then.
She hunted in the cold Rocky Hills, battling her potential mates in combat amongst the valleys.



Sireing 28 cubs, fathering the infamous fool Princess Leateia, The Magician Onnadalla, Nyx the Night Loving, Minthe the Healer, and Romola the Folded. His pride was succeeded by his son, Cryo.
Flourished in Ice...

Cryo of the Ice was born in the Rocky Hill terrain with the icy huntresses of the pride. Cryo grew up in the cold harsh winds, in contrast to his father. He fell in love with the huntresses of the icy caves, and they fell in love with him being the only king they respected. Leading his kin to the top, rendering those born in Fire to perish as they once did. As he retired he handed the throne to his nephew, Amaranthinos. He sired 27 cubs. His infamous children Khione the Icegoddess, Skadi the Huntress, and Horrorfrost the Unkind.
Reborn in Water...

Amaranthinos is the grandson of Igneos through his mother Minthe. His healer mother would often take him down through the wetlands for herbs. He spent all his waking moments near the water, finding a small cave in the wetlands called the River Cave. He was the father to 28 cubs, being a Cassanova both in and out of the pride. His daughter the huntress Zerasha, the broodmother Hathor and the draconic twins Windssrah and Drakontos. Amaranthinos worked with Celestials, Bast, and the divine.

Cast into Night...
Great Grandson of Igneos- the Fire King- The Rogue Prince Cerulean. The Demiurge dark lion was the darker roguish twin of Adonis. The twin cubs are the only sons of Gathasia the Elegant, daughter of Onnadalla.
He met Igneos, was raised by Cryo, served Amaranthinos, and then became King himself.
His reign, however, began in chaos as many sided with the son of the dead King Cryo, a descendant of the Ice Cave Matron, Sofiel.

Cerulean was crowned king with an uproar of rebellion during the drought.
Many had left the pride upon succession, throwing the pride into an endless void of night.
Many of his cubs didn't survive except those after he retired. Khionia the Silver-Claws, and Eartha the Arid-born.
🌿Blessed by the forest🌿
One fateful evening, Drusillo watched as his King walked into the forest.
And didn't return.
The Great-Great Grandson of Igneos, and the great-grandson of the Magician Onnadalla. He took the pride in a moment of disarray, his previous king leaving a wreck of the pride. Drusillo loves and respects the jungle his mother would take him to; dancing amongst the butterflies.

He ruled fair, enjoying the river beds with his mother's kin. He retired surrounded by his loving sons, and daughters, during the beginning of the mating season.
After each supper, when the cubs are all snuggled up together and ready for bed, it would be Drusillo the Druid Prince's turn to tell them a story.
Puffing himself up, he would always regale them with a tale of all the lovely ladies he'd managed to woo during the month of love. Some of the younger grand-cubs would pull faces and wretch.

Long ago the pride was born under the scorching sun.
Long before his brother took the throne, Athenios wandered the deserts in search of adventure. With a shaggy, Regent mane of Fossil coloring, he was quite a catch with the ladies.
He never cared for the throne, just a nice sunbath.
However, he possessed a unique gift.
Teeth of a primal lion, a sign of Bast herself.
Or will he end up being an omen from Set?
He ruled with kindness, leading the pride through despair. His young daughter Eartha nurtures future cubs, and his son Eros, the mythical white lion.
All to be destroyed by him.....
🌬️The Serpent🐍
Deep within the bogs, a small lioness crafted a den of water reeds on a small island. She is the last of her dying lineage, swamp and river hunting all but extinct from the land.
Until he was born in the middle of a flood, rain and thunder echoing a lullaby of chaos for the young future king.
Kukulkan's appearance fit that of the prophecy that foretold of a primal king that would lead the pride to glory.
But his heart; was the same color as the soot of the riverbanks.
Dark and slimy.
He beat others sub-lions for sport, stealing their meals and flirting with their sisters.
