Current Projects

Cotton Root Bark Project
On a smaller scale than some. Currently CRBing all lionesses that are NOT being used for my Heir project. These lionesses are all required to be cleaned and are studded out to clean, preferably low gen, kings. I am not CRBing NCLs unless they are chased or RLCs. I am also not going out of my way to purchase Lions for this project.

Currently have CRB'ed 7 lionesses, 3 have given birth, 0 mutations ;-;
Project Ended at ~14 CRB'ed Lionesses due to high costs and literally no mutations.

Onyx Project
I designed a lioness in the wardrobe based off of one of my current lions, Onyx. I am going to try and breed this lion without using items (send thoughts and prayers for my sanity). This project lioness is entirely black and white. She is a cimmerian base with eglomise eyes. She has a ton of Breed Only traits and is a Double Rosette with the Patches: Corrupted mutation.
Current Costs: 435 for the lionesses to breed, 250 for breeding fees
Running total: 685 SB
Progress: 2/15 traits

Moon Project
This is the sister project to the Onyx project. This is a lioness I designed in the wardrobe based off of Moon, another one of my current lions. I am, once again, going to try and breed this lion without using items (Yes, I'm probably insane). This project lioness is meant to be pink, blue, and purple. Her base is Cassis with Sectoral Blue & Grape eyes. Like the Onyx project, she has a ton of BO traits and is a DR. She is a Piebald: Withered mutation and I adore her design.
Current Costs: 125 for the lionesses to breed, 0 for breeding fees
Running total: 125 SB
Progress: 2/15 traits

Combo Project
This is kind of passive. I am doing this when I can and when it aligns up with one of the above projects. The only combo base I am planning to go out of my way for is the Witch base during October.

Pride Roles

The King
The King is who all lions within this pride must obey. He must care for his pride to the best of his ability and can be overthrown.
The King is Acheron

The Queen
The Queen is the King's mate. She is usually the lead of the Hunters. She is strong. She retires when the King is no longer King and the current King has found a suitable mate.
The Queen is Anca

The King's Heir
The King's Heir is who will take over when the King retires or is overthrown
The King's Heir will be announced January 2025.

The Heir's Intended
The Heir's Intended will become the Queen when the King's Heir takes over.

☆ The Tau Territory is rather bland and normal. They live among the deserts of Africa. In particular, they reside among an rocky outcropping with a glittering blue pool underneath. You can see a variety of caves from here. The first one you walk into has only the King & Queen and their immediate family. This cave has a tendency to be either rather serious or pure chaos. The second of the caves is all of the hunters. Anytime you walk into this cave you will hear a soft chatter coming from the lions within. The last cave on the premises is the Nursery. There are only a few adult lions here. Most of the lions within this cave are adolescents or cubs. The adults look exhausted and sometimes annoyed by the many cubs running around their feet. They do love what they do though.

☆ This territory has a Dynastic Monarchy. The King chooses the strongest of his and the Queen's cubs to succeed him. The cub chosen will always take on a second addition to their name, Tau. Jira begun this tradition when he begun the pride, and he will not allow it to die out.

» ☆ Jira is the founder of the pride. He ruled with an iron paw for several years before being overthrown by the fierce, and much more kindhearted, Aoki, his successor. Jira, in his time as King, pushed the pride into periods of famine and sickness many times over his rule.

» ☆ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ʀᴜʙʏ ᴜᴍʙᴇʀ ☆ «

» ☆ Ruby is the first Queen of the pride. She was chosen by Jira to rule by his side but failed to temper her King's foul temperament. Aoki allowed her to stay within the pride once he took over, but eventually chased her out due to her resentment towards him.

» ☆ ᴋɪɴɢ ᴀᴏᴋɪ ☆ «

» ☆ Aoki overthrew the harsh Jira and took over the pride. He was a kind and even ruler, with the pride always having enough food during his rule. He was not always the kindest to strangers, but it kept his pride safe. No one objected to his rule, nor did they object to his judgement when he took in an outside male to train as his heir. Aoki gracefully stepped aside and allowed Acheron to begin leading the Tau pride.

» ☆ Prophecy ruled alongside Aoki with a gentle paw and easy attitude. She led the hunters and ensured the pride's survival. Together with Aoki, she led the pride into an era of prosperity.

» ☆ Acheron took over from Aoki. His first order of business was not a popular one, with Acheron chasing out many of the sickly lionesses. He left them on their own to either die or find their own way. How will the rest of his time as king fair? Time will tell.

Many outsider's believe Jira to be an unfit and unfair king. When Jira began his reign as king, they would have been wrong. However, over time the front that Jira presented to the greater community of Lions became the front his pride saw as well. After many years of famine and sickness, Jira's pride was weakened. It allowed a newcomer, Aoki, to come in and overthrow the frail king. Aoki killed Jira and took over his pack, ushering in a new era of prosperity to many lions joy, and a fews resentment.

☆ ᴀᴏᴋɪ ᴛᴀᴜ's ʀᴇɪɢɴ ☆

Aoki led the pride with an even paw and a good attitude. He was not well liked by his neighbors, with him being unwilling to yield to other's, however, it made him popular with the pride. He ushered in an era of prosperity, with their land and their pride thriving underneath his rule. He ensured they always had a surplus of whatever they needed, and the pride was incredibly grateful and thankful to him. He mentored his Heir and stepped aside early due to his declining health.
