Sunrise’s Reign

The moment you come near this pride, you feel a strange prickling in your fur, and death whispers around; in the trees, in the grasses, and in the eyes of the lionesses. They try to take care of their cubs, to hang onto what they have, but almost all of them die or are chased off. Some give angry looks at the pride leader: Sunrise, a primal of great stature, large and snarling from what you can see. Does he kill the cubs himself? Ah, no.. he lets them starve and die in front of their mothers. The elders know that the pride is seemingly doomed, and that there is nothing they can do except watch the horrors occur.

And among it all, Isaac Morgan continues to run Lion Business in sunlit grasses, his upbeat personality and kindness a direct contrast to the lands he comes from.
