The territory of The Pride known as The Emblem. Crowned their new queen Verdant, as the rise of White`Citrus came to an end. A breath so shallow, the former queen smiled at Verdant with relief.

The pride in the paws of a Lion who's still trying to figure out who they are. The curse that anchors upon them, Umbraethys a lion who devours with such light. A Lioness whom cradles Verdant in their very arms.

Her cries echoing every ridge this swamp has to offer, as her past lurks, where she had came from was not much of a paradise. A trauma that she only holds, as the last survivor of her brutal championship.

She had massacred the lives of many, a few being her lovers. A sick scene that makes her shiver with guilt, as she tries not to vomit.

Umbraethys the guardian of her, a cursed spirit with such a kind face. "Don't cry Verdant."

"You'll be just fine."

"Verdant."

A echo of a lionesses voice sparked in her head, over and over. As the tears dripped down, a voice of a lover; that she can't approach anymore. One that she can't hold, and sing to.

Verdant rocks around in the old abandoned prairie, where the crashed ship was. She quiets her surroundings and eventually succumbs to sleep, waiting for the inevitable shadows of her past to catch up with her.
