An open dialogue - I'm struggling with bipolar I disorder and was recently diagnosed with OCD. I'm seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist to deal with these issues among some other mental health issues. I'd greatly appreciate extra kindness as I navigate these problems. I have to try very hard to be coherent sometimes, so please be patient and ask me to clarify if you don't understand something I've said. When I get tired, my brain doesn't communicate well and often skips words or misspells things...
