The Rules of the pride{Leader}
The leader of the clan will make the major decisions. They are to be listened to. The leader may be a lion or a lioness, and should be respected just as much as the other pride members.
{Deputy}
The deputy is selected by the leader when either the current deputy dies, the leader dies and the deputy becomes the leader, or the current deputy had to stepped down. If a leader dies, it is the deputy who becomes the new leader, so choose wisely.
{Medicine lion}
The medicine lion/lioness is trained in the art of healing. They know herbs, and will cure any sick or injured lions within the tribe. We need them. Without them, the sections would die. These members receive special messages from our ancestors, and must depict them.
{Medicine apprentice}
The medicine apprentice trains under the guide of the medicine lion. This will be a young cat who receives a spiritual message as a cub. They will train to learn and understand herbs and healing.
{Warrior}
A warrior is a member of the pride who protects, hunts, and fights for the section. They will train young apprentices in the arts of hunting and fighting. They must be prepared to give their life for their section, and will be loyal to their section of birth. When they become old enough, they will retire to become elders.
{Apprentice}
Apprentices train under the guide of warriors, to understand fighting and hunting. These are young cats who have the ambition to continue on, and will take their warrior assessment to become a warrior when they are ready.
{Cub}
Cubs are newborn kits, who will stay in the nursery with their mothers until they turn 12 moons old, where they can either become a warrior or medicine apprentice depending on previous visions or dreams.
{Queen}
Queens are the mothers of the kits, and will be watched over and carefully taken care of by the rest of the section while they are nursing, and until their kits become apprentices.
{Elder}
Elders are members of the kingdom who have retired from service, and wish to do nothing more than sleep, and bask in the sun. The leader will decide if they have earned this position, and will not allow lazy warriors to retire.
{Mediator}
The meditator is the lion who will settle disputes among the sections. Some have unique features that depict them including: two tails, no claws, extra toes, Etc. They will not be trained, and when they are born, they will receive a marking behind their left ear to demonstrate their position. They may learn by observing.
{Deceased}
The deceased are citizens who have perished due to unfair or troubling circumstances. These clanmates most likely died alone, and were not layed to rest properly. This makes it so that they are not allowed to ascend into the stars. Instead, they remain grounded, but still not visible to the living. Some decide to haunt and extract revenge in any way, while others are happy to have remained grounded, and stay to help guide other spirits and lions.
