You silently follow a large hyena, - the animal had been lurking around your territory for a while now and you were determined to find the reason for it’s persistence - upon noticing that you were following it began to wag its short tail and hop around, gleefully leading you somewhere, the frantic movements of excitement remind you of the young cubs is your pride.

Eventually you reach a large Marula tree by the edge of a slow flowing river, the hyena quickly running up and jumping into a playful stance. As you walk closer you notice a lion with various shades of red fur and a soft beige underbelly, dark grey bandages wrapped loosely around the lion's limbs and back. The lion glances at you before beginning to scold the hyena, you stand there for a moment before the hyena begrudgingly walks away with it’s head down towards a mossy den.

The lion apologies for the hyena’s antics and gifts you a handful of beetles. He introduces himself as Tyto, the king of his pride and offers to give you a tour of his land. You smile and nod, perhaps following the mischievous hyena was not such a bad idea.
