Through word of mouth (okay, a pretty unreliable source- but what other choice did you have than to trust the snickering adolescent?) you have figured out that there is a decent water source right around this spot. As a traveler, you felt it wise to take advantage of any good resting spots- Mother Nature could be unpredictable. Your eyes brighten as you realize that the adolescent had not been lying to you, as that spot in the distance was surely a water hole. But as you start to get closer, you hear a soft growl behind you. You whip around, ready to face whatever it is. It is a large, fluffy lion, with a variety of colors and surprisingly soft eyes. A smile crosses his muzzle. "Greetings. I am Squirrel, the king of this pride. It's a pleasure to meet you." He bows his head respectfully. "Come, come, join us for awhile. It's no trouble at all, and my cubs and many sisters enjoy company." He leads you towards the water hole, where you can now make out a variety of lionesses, all making casual conversation. It looks fairly peaceful... maybe that adolescent wasn't tricking you after all?

Osfriend was the founder of this Pride. He gathered some lionesses, and another Pride gave him his Queen, Mow. He considered his Pride a welcoming place that will accept anybody who needed his shelter. He passed his Pride onto Ghoul (Oswaldepic). Ghoul struggled with an heir for years before his daughter, Permafrost, was born near the end of his leadership. While a queen had never been had in the pride before, Ghoul felt this was the best cub for the job. Permafrost eventually passed on the throne to her son, Squirrel.
