Ello people. Another simple idea. ::Outbreak Idea:: I've been thinking, a outbreak could be interesting. Maybe cubs and older lions would be more vulnerable? And if you hunt, you may bring back an infected carcass. But I'm not saying that your lions will die, young lions like 2 years to 9 years, they'll have a better better chance to fight off sickness. Cubs and 10 and older lions will have a slighter chance of survival. ::Drought:: This is very simple. A drought will make it harder for lionesses to hunt since food is scarce. And drought means it will last longer, so possibly a week? :Long term wet season:: This could be very cool. We all know the wet season is the good season right? But I thought just like the dry season, this wet season could be long term. But it's not all good news. Maybe this could cause floods. Maybe your territory gets flooded and your forced to move to rocky, plains, jungle etc etc. And maybe it can get a bit difficult for your lionesses to hunt, since it could cause many deltas, they could slip. And maybe during your first wet season, your lionesses can get used to it and the next one they'll be better at hunting there... ::Ending:: Okay, these would only happen once in a while. It wouldn't be often. And this could really be a lot more challenging, and I love a challenging game. Remember this is a rough idea. It probably needs some improvement. And the drought, wet season, and outbreak will probably just be a week or so. I just thought about this two days ago when i sent my ladies out hunting :P Bai bai guys |

I believe that the staff are already well on their way to developing random disasters and such. So these could perhaps be including in the ideas for natural diasters? ![]() |

I was under the impression the disasters they were doing could be prevented by sub males, and only affected cubs.-shrugs- Could be wrong though. ![]() |

tbh i would not like that idea i dont breed in masses but to carry on linage so if my 12 year old head huntress died all of a sudden without me being able to breed a last cub from her (i wait till 13) all my work i put into her would just be lost i think that would really push me toward quitting if that happen same the other way around i bred my last cub from my favorite lioness to carry on her linage and the cub dies now i need a NCL to have a huntress again plus i lost the linage from that girl edit* the idea itself is pretty cool but maybe instead of killing the lionesses/cub and making some players really mad just wound them and they cant hunt that day and cubs lose 1 skill/stat ![]() Edited on 03/01/14 by *~Naestie~* [Hot C's] (#21729) |

:/ Right now I'm not liking the disease idea as my heir was just born, I I don't want him to die. People would be especially irritated if their Oasis, GB lions started dropping off. Maybe if the disease prevented a lioness from hunting, or a sub from patrolling, I don't know. I like the idea of random disasters, so long as they don't really kill anyone lions off. ![]() Edited on 03/01/14 by Gendrya (#3623) |

@Naestie It wont just kill of cubs/lionesses. I was thinking you could buy herbs for a certain amount of SB. @Gendrya Outbreaks are not common. They'll only happen once in awhile. So you really wouldn't have to worry about your lions dying off. I do see your point on the Oasis GB lions, but just because there's a outbreak, doesn't mean your lions will just all die away. As this will not be a common thing, only once in awhile. ![]() |

Or what if you payed 5 GB on a stud, you got 1 cub, and it died??? ![]() |

Heh, we got a Great Hunger thing. That's sorta similar to the drought thing except it doesn't effect us. ![]() |
