I have done some searches on topics with "Item Transfer" in the title that might have been posted by other members, but did not find anything that seems similar to this idea so, I will suggest it and hopefully more than just one member will find this a good element to add to LioDen! Basic Info: Ever been transferred an item/SB/GB/lion/lioness that you really didn't want and couldn't really sell? Like NCLs, who are helpful in the beginning of building your pride but not when that account is a side account! Or maybe someone transferred you food that you don't simply have room for - which can be easily solved by selling it to the Monkey Shop, by the way. Mainly, I got this idea when someone decided to send more than a few lions and lioness that I don't room for nor that I don't want to chase. While some people here do chase cubs and try to help the overflow of cubs and unwanted lions/lionesses, they can't buy every single lioness or lion! EDIT: Feature can be turned off or on and there can be a check box saying you only want transfers from friends or block certain items, lions, etc…. How It Will Work When you receive a message in your inbox titled "Item Transfer", it will say accept or reject here [insert link or explanation of where to go]. Additional: Useful comments or other members suggesting add-ons will be added here, positive or negative. "I am afraid I cannot support this... Transfers are quick and easy, this is why I like using it between my two accounts. Now, if I needed to push an extra button or two, it would only slow the process down... I transfer a lot of things and it would only be an annoyance. For me, at least. In order to make everyone happy, we could just have an extra option at the settings to the ones we already have: - Disable transfer - Enable transfer - Accept transfer from Friends only The game would use your friends list." - Axel RESPONSE: "Ummm… I like the ideas you listed at the bottom Axel, especially the "accept transfer from friend's only." I'll add that on as well as it would also make it less painful than pressing accept or reject. Maybe there should be other options as well? Perhaps a post of IDs that can send you things and maybe a multiple chose kind of thing that allows you accept toys/food/decor/BG/lions/lionesses only?" Questions/Concerns: "you can just block item transfers on your side account. if you go to the transfer page, it's at the very top :)" - Emerade RESPONSE: While that's true, what if you don't want to block them entirely? Just the transfers that are random or out of blue? |

you can just block item transfers on your side account. if you go to the transfer page, it's at the very top :) I'm almost positive that chasing lionesses/cubs off does not affect your karma. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think the Friends list is just enough option. The transfer system is easy and fast, a way to send whatever you want. If you have people on your friends list, then they surely know what to send you. It narrows down spam-transfers extremely to non-existent. I am not sure what to think of choosing what you want to accept in a checkbox... I am the 'if you dont want one then better dont want the other' type of guy. If you dont want to receive lions from random strangers, then receive nothing else. These people wish to gift, and basically 'checkboxing' what you want is kind of ordering a type of gift. 0 players like this post! Like? |

That is true, but what if you don't have enough players listed as your allies? I know plenty of people who are more than a bit reserved about who the ally with and who they don't. Also, I don't think your theory is correct when you said "ordering some type of gift." You aren't expecting anyone to suddenly gift you something that you desire, it's just in case someone tries to spam you with needless items. This isn't really saying "I want this and now", it's just in case you don't want someone to send you items/lions/food. 0 players like this post! Like? |

As long as it's a feature you can turn off and on, or only from people on your friends list, I support =3 I transfer lots of things to my side account to store, and I do it through transfer instead of trade because i don't want hte lions on my side to age If i had to manually accept the transfer, i'd have to roll over the side just like with a trade, and i might as well just trade then XD So yea, as long as it's either a feature you can turn on/off or check 'friends only', I support ^^ 0 players like this post! Yep, it's a feature that can be turned off or on or use your friends list only! Forgot to add that onto "Basic Info." ^^' 0 players like this post! Like? |
