This is an idea that I have been pondering over for a while now and I really hope something like this can be available in the future. Anyways, I am greatly appreciative of the fact that we can keep our male's customized look when he retires. Unfortunately, I wish the same could be said with the lionesses. I feel like there's no point in customizing a lioness when she's just going to die, and the only way you could have a somewhat similar design is breeding her until you get a daughter who heavily carries her genes (if you're lucky). Or just spend more gold beetles at the oasis to copy her looks. I was thinking of possibly an item of 'youth' that you could give to an aging lioness and it could reverse her age to 2 years old, or at least to a similar limit. Like the Aging Stone, only backwards. -OR- Perhaps this could open up an idea for a new section on the Explore map. Say, a 'Fountain of Youth' sort of area where your lioness can drink from (possibly by paying a certain amount of beetles) and she may or may not become younger. Here's how I picture it: You seem to have stumbled upon a secluded river. Stories from the great ancestors tell of a hidden waterfall with magical powers, able to revert the old to their youthful spirit once more. Could this be it? Perhaps one of your elderly lionesses could take a drink? (drop down list here to choose which lioness) (button)Drink from Youthful River(/button) (after you've clicked, if successful): Throat parched, your lioness takes a lap from the Youthful River to quench her thirst. She suddenly feels energized and as playful as a cub again! Your lioness is now X years, X months old! (after you've clicked, if unsuccessful): Throat parched, your lioness takes a lap from the Youthful River to quench her thirst. It should sustain her for a now. Guess those stories were only fairy tales... Another idea I had is for possibly a new NPC as the 'guardian' of the river: You seem to have stumbled upon a secluded river. Near the water's edge, you spot a (NPC). The (NPC) smiles and greats you. "Good day, stranger. I am (NPC), the one who guards this here river. You must be thirsty from your travels, however, not just anyone can walk up and take a drink, ya see? Rumor has it, this river possesses a great amount of powers, able to revert the old to their youthful spirit once more. One of your elders could have a try... for a fee of course. (button)Give (NPC) X Beetles?(/button) (after you've payed, if successful): (NPC) drops the beetles into the water and mumbles a few magic words... Your lioness takes a lap from the magical river before glancing down at her reflection. She sees a much younger lioness! Wow, It's her! Not only does she look young again, but she feels it too! Your lioness is now X years, X months old! (after you've payed, if unsuccessful): (NPC) drops the beetles into the water and mumbles a few magic words... Your lioness takes a lap from the magical river before glancing down at her reflection. Nothing happens... "Better luck next time." the (NPC) shrugs and continues about it's business. And of course, perhaps a time limit of when you can return again. Also, if the aging is successful, the lioness would reset back to a level 1, as the males do when you reroll. |

The reason why you cant transfer the looks is because customizing a lioness costs just half of what the customization of a male does. If the female would cost 10Gb, then okay, but it is far cheaper with the females, so I guess it is alright the way it is. Things die. We have to accept that and let go. Let's say I am not sure about this. I am all for making them older, but not younger. That would probably create a lot of lag with people keeping their lionesses forever on their accounts. With the death of a lioness the server at least is relieved a little. I say perhaps you could transfer her looks to one of her cubs for 3 more GB when she dies. But only once. Then this new lioness cannot transfer the color when she dies. The game has a lot of income from lioness customization, so they will not work against themselves and add it as a limitless transfer.  0 players like this post! I agree with your idea of transferring looks to one of the cubs when the said lioness passes Axel, but since its only for once, perhaps the fee wouldn't be needed? 3GB is pretty hard to get nowadays, what with the food market declining and the GBs costing more, so there'll be quite a few players who won't be able to afford the 3GB fee. 0 players like this post! I know, but think about this: You get to breed this lioness again and produce the same quality cubs. If you plan it right and prepare your lioness, you can make a good enough profit. I know GB is hard to get, but sadly I dont think that the staff would want to give something like this for free, only a few extremely basic customization tools are even for SB, let alone for free. Maybe I would agree with no fee for the one time pass-down if the customization would cost like... 7GB instead of 5. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I would be more worried about an endless amount of stats if lionesses could keep getting younger - and if they made it where the lioness loses stats/ levels then what's the point? May as well just breed and hope you get a daughter that is similar in looks and has better stats, I thought that was half the point of this game anyway, trying to improve your pride and all. 0 players like this post! @Axel I see what you're saying, and I too like the idea of maybe transferring a lionesses' design to her daughter. I also like that fact that LioDen is semi-realistic, however, I just think it seems a bit unfair that you can pretty much keep your male's design for however long you please but not your lionesses'. It is understandable about the whole overload on the server thing though. 0 players like this post! Like? |

.u. I don't see why this wouldn't be great. Even if it was for a GB price, I'd be happy to pay it to keep the appearance of my current oasis lioness, whether it be by making her younger or using her appearance on a younger girl. I'm sure we're not the only ones who would want to keep a lioness in this way. And it could be a new way to make the site some cash if we would be made to pay maybe 1-3gb. 0 players like this post! i believe it would be a great idea! only to stop lag and endless living with the lionesses you could only use the river once per lioness so say your lioness gets old and you find the river then you have her drink and she gets young again or if not she can try again but if she gets young she is not able to drink from the river again 0 players like this post!
