So just a small idea I had. There was a lot of popularity with the Buffalo Scrotums when they came out and I for one want to continue using them, though they are in limited supply. I can't wait till next year for more so this is just a small suggestion. In the Explore function you have the option of fighting a Buffalo NPC. I was thinking, if the NPC is defeated, he has a chance of dropping Buffalo Scrotum. Not a high chance but higher then the prospect of dropping scars. This would keep them a bit rare and yet offer a steady supply of them for everyone, not just GB users since it wouldn't be an oasis item. Maybe make them as rare or more rare then scars?

So what do you guys think? Feel free to put in your own opinions and what not ^^

Suggested by Rosethorn and Icy:
- Maybe instead of Buffalo Scrotums have some other fertility item that offers the same benefits as Scrotums. Perhaps, Buffalo Heart? Or Zebra Liver? Maybe have this one have a chance of producing 2-4 cubs instead of 3 every time.

This suggestion has 215 supports and 3 NO supports.

Yep! There's a small random chance to have a scar drop, in addition to being able to purchase a scar bundle. :)

Great idea, I support! Tho I wouldn't mind being able to buy them with GB in the Oasis like the scars, too.

No support for the single reason:
Cub market.

If it is able to be gained like this, we would have a lot more cubs at our necks, which will land on the market. We need less cubs, not more.

I disagree. I think being able to claim and breed NCLs hurts the cub market more than a small random chance of a buffalo scrotum. If they're that rare, then people aren't going to be throwing them around - they'll most likely be using them on quality females with quality males. If anything, I think it'll improve the cub market, overall.

I love this idea!!! And it's reasonable because of how uncommon it would be to find. Scars are already difficult to obtain when you have access to them during every single animal fight in explore. Narrowing it down to only buffalos makes it even more difficult!

Not only do you have to get a fight, but it would also need to be against a buffalo specifically AND the chance of getting one is so small

Double support!

I agree with Kalista. Plus, I don't know about other people really, but if I were to use a Buffalo Scrotum, it'd be to improve the odds of getting a cub I want to keep. Not all people sell off their cubs, there are people who chase undesired cubs even with special bases and markings!

So I fully support :3

I like the idea, but where do the buffalo roam?

We can't have the whole user base scrounging the same area for buffalo NPC's to fight hoping to get one :I

Are buffalo in two or more areas?(Too lazy to look atm.)If so you have my support.

Okay, am I the only one who think it's a little odd that a live buffalo would drop his nads while fleeing from battle? xD

Lol'ing and visuals aside; I think That would make the purpose for the Vday scrotum useless. These items were given for the sole purpose of being limited edition items.. To me, that would be like saying every time you encountered a lioness and it joined your pride, you could possibly receive a flirty lioness decor. You know? The items would become way too popular and common. Even as a very rare event; you have to calculate the amount of players and how many times they all explore per day. It'd be a lot of work to keep the numbers low.

I do, however, think it'd be cool to come up with similar items through out the year. If not a buffalo scrotum, maybe some other type of fertility object, especially when the cub mortality comes into play. Maybe the item could give one born cub a boost in life, less likely to die, etc., or perhaps it could just be a breeding item.

I don't support bringing back the scrotum (as I like rare items remaining rare) but I do support a different type of item, similar to it. ^^
