I like this...provided you can try multiple times with the same lion during a lioness's heat cycle (maybe once a day per separate male?) Also, it'd be a nice way to prevent further flooding of the cub market...

This would really help the cub market! Would it work, though, the same as main males?

Like if the female bred successfully with a stud she could just keep on breeding him? :L Or did I miss something in my understanding of this?

ok, so when you get a new lioness, and you breed to YOUR stud, this happens at least 1 time, after, its just like breeding right now.


When you breed to another persons stud, i think it would be best if it did this all the time, and no, you could still choose which stud to breed a lioness to.

I hope if they do implement this it'd come along with the lioness personalities suggestion if that goes though. So it'd be a bit less than completely random, like an outgoing lioness would have better chances as opposed to a shy one. (Total support BTW)

As amusing as it sounds, I feel like it would actually be pretty irritating. If I sent a stud request to a user who's only online every other day or something, I could be wasting an entire day or two waiting, only to just have my own lioness say no. Even if I don't have to wait long to hear the results, I would still have to find another stud to use instead. I'd like to carefully consider my stud choices, instead of being stuck with some other studs because the lioness didn't like my first choice. Players that breed a lot will still breed a lot, just in more of a frenzy to get some stud before the heat cycle ends.

It could also inadvertently lead to more old-style breedings to try to avoid the trouble, and could increase the possibility of losing lionesses to scams. That could be a long shot though.

If reducing the cub market is the goal, I think there are better ways to do it, such as: lowering lion/ess lifespan (15yrs, or about 6 months real time is pretty long), having a cap on the total number of times a lioness can be bred, longer cool-down times between heats, shorter heat cycles, reducing the odds of having several cubs in a litter. (I guess the longer cool-downs wouldn't really work though, because I think there are GB items to get around it...)

It's a cute idea, but I don't think it would be that fun or helpful in practice.
