I think you've got a pretty good idea when it comes to people, it could be worked on a bit but you've got them down pretty well.

For the animals, on the other hand, you could study a little bit more anatomy.

Secondly, they've got potential, but you anatomy is off. Try looking at pictures of real wolves to help you make your wolves look more realistic. ^,^

The problem is when I try drawing any of these characters on the computer, I really mess them up.
Darcia looks perfect but I messed up Kiba (his bloody muzzle).

Also, I'm searching for a tutorial that will help me draw wolves more realistic.

I really like the second one! I'd just recommend looking at pictures of real wolves and studying them, it helped me a lot and still does o:
