In short, Sending your sub male on a patrol, you know how their's a chance you could get food items or skill right? but what if, their's also a chance to attack, but not be attacked by other players, but by a NPC (Not playable character) such as rouge lions, hyenas, etc. It's just like how when you explore and you run into a lion/other animal, but don't fret, you can choose to attack the lion/other animal or not, but it will be your sub male attacking instead of you, and I kinda feel like this could be another great addition to the game so you can get your sub male's stat's up. (you can also get more SB's just like whenever your main male fights) So in all, whenever you click finish patrolling, it will then pop up that your Sub Male ran into a rouge lion/other animal that sneaked in the borders, then you could choose to attack or not. In all I think it would be very interesting! That's about it, thanks for reading! <3 |

Just clarifying here... You wouldn't know until after the patrol if your lion needed to fight something? What if during the patrol you got a notification, allowing you to decide during that time. It would make a bit more sense than the lion coming back, being all "oh yeah, I saw another lion but, I didn't know if I should fight or not. Oh, you want me to? Okay, I'll be back, then." Otherwise I like the idea, so support! 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 10/03/15 by GinaNeko (#53959) |

My concept of the idea did work like that, yes but getting a notification might be even better, thank you for the support! 0 players like this post! Like? |

But what would you gain from this? Main males gain exp, impression, and a few SB; None of those would be useful for sub males. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I see what you mean Airika, but I think the Sub Male would only gain skills and SB from it and that would be it, but who knows, you could maybe even earn scars. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 10/03/15 by mackenzierae23 (#15031) |

Because it is already a one-act thing (send him out, he comes back with results) maybe you could make it so the Sub goes out, and among the other things he could do/get (like prey, feathers, skills, stats) could be a message that he got beat up by another lion, and gained a scar, or that hyenas jumped him and he barely got away... just a silly little one/two sentence thing, that adds a deeper level to it, while using the current system still. 0 players like this post! Exactly Rott perhaps something like that! :) and it could say he also got also +1 strength or something of the sort! I believe this would help get Sub male's stats up, and I think It'd be pretty useful. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I honestly don't see a point in this. It's cute, but patrolling really doesn't need to be made easier. No support. 0 players like this post! Like? |

The point is to add more of a RPG element along with being able to get more skills for your Sub Male, but I understand. 0 players like this post! Like? |

It seems more RNG than anything, though. Patrolling is random enough - if you get lucky, you can get 2 8 stat patrols in a single day and get more stats for the day than a more active player who might not have been so lucky with RNG rolls. Another randomness element would only make it more unfair to stat trainers. Stat trainers put in more time, they should get the larger advantage. The larger the randomness, the smaller the gap will potentially be, making it more favorable to casual players, which shouldn't be the case. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't think the person said anything about making it a randomness thing? They're suggesting that you be able to fight things with your sub-male to earn stats for it, like you would with your main male. It wouldn't be RNG, you'd have to actively battle it. At least, that's what I perceived this as. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I was under the impression it was a thing for extra stats on top of what you get normally? :/ That being said if it's more like you're implying, the failure rate of patrols is high enough naturally, if something like this is implemented, there should be a 100% chance to run into enemies. I easily get 4-5 0 stat patrols on a bad day, and if there's a small chance to lose potential stat gain on top of that, it'd be a needless frustration. 0 players like this post! Like? |

What about the energy aspect? Main lions have energy which gets taken away when you attack or get attacked in this case. What would be taken away if your sub male were attacked? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Well, chambler they'll perhaps maybe have longer cooldowns after a Attack. So instead of the regular amount of time, let's say 7-8 minutes were added because they attacked. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 15/03/15 by mackenzierae23 (#15031) |

Support! I don't understand why anyone wouldn't support this just because it makes the game slighter more hardish. Its a lion sim, its supposed to be realistic, lions get attack in real life! 0 players like this post! Like? |
