21st Century Breakdown

After listening to Green Day's 21st Break Down album over and over again, I just had to post this idea. Basically, it will be an anthro city roleplay, like PineVille, except in this rp everything is a struggle. The anthros are poor and struggling to survive in their rundown, boring and awful city, Willow City, or more well known as Murder City. (I may end up making this rp whether it wins or not. XD)

The Tragicians
The Tragicians are a custom culture of mine. They're feral animals that have been cursed to self destruct, they are highly dangerous and insane. In this rp you are a Tragician, you have little to no rights everywhere you go, banned from hospitals and most towns because you are different. Well, you aren't going to take this anymore and you're going to fight for your equality whether the 'pure ones' like it or not. (More information will be provided if the thread is made.)
